Cleansing gel:
Morning and/or evening, massage a drop of shower gel onto damp skin.
Face Balm:
Warm a drop of day cream in your hands, then apply to your face with both hands, keeping them flat and always working outwards from the center (avoiding the eye area). Continue onto your neck and décolleté if desired. Massage until the cream is completely absorbed. Finish by lightly tapping (with your fingertips) all over your face to boost the radiance of your complexion. Body Balm: Use 6 hazelnuts a day all over your body. Massage your legs upwards, preferably from the foot to the hip. Then massage your arms in smoothing movements towards your chest. For your belly, massage in clockwise circular movements.
Hand Cream:
Apply as often as needed, concentrating on the area around your nails.
