Returns policy

We hope you enjoy using Nuxe products as much as we enjoy creating them for you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read the instructions below.

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed on the site. However, you may refuse the package at the door. If the parcel remains intact, ICS Courier should not charge the sender for the return of the parcel. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

  • Send us an e-mail with your full name and order number.
  • Please wait for our approval before returning your products
  • Follow the instructions provided by e-mail to return your products.

WHICH ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In its original state

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?

  • Used, opened or damaged items
  • Discontinued Products

ARE THERE ANY RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (including free shipping)*.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs *.

*Exceptions: for an incorrectly received or damaged product, all shipping costs will be covered.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 12 business days.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pack all returned items, along with a printout of your purchase confirmation e-mail. Please use the box in which the items arrived.
  • Go to your local post office, or other courier service, to send the parcel.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number of the post office or couriers, if applicable. You can continue to track your package by receiving an email for shipping updates.
