Meeting women's needs: the story of a French success story.



From a Parisian formulation laboratory acquired in 1990, NUXE has grown in less than thirty years into a global group, present in nearly 60 countries.



Founded by Aliza Jabès, NUXE is a French brand and a pioneer in natural cosmetology. Each product is formulated and manufactured in France to pharmaceutical quality standards, combining the wonders of nature, the efficacy of science and the awakening of the senses (40 FR patents).



Listening to women and her instincts, Aliza Jabès and NUXE created irresistible skincare products to accompany women on a daily basis, including the legendary Huile Prodigieuse® in 1991, which has become a veritable icon of beauty care and the #1 oil in pharmacies*. Other successes followed, such as Rêve de Miel® lip balm, Crème Fraîche de Beauté® and anti-aging skin care collections like Crème Prodigieuse® Boost and Nuxuriance Ultra. Today, Laboratoire NUXE is an expert in anti-aging skincare.



To extend the NUXE experience, Aliza Jabès felt the need to offer women a warm, intimate place where they could finally take care of themselves, recharge their batteries and let go. A place where well-being, sensoriality and beauty could be expressed. It all began in 2002 with the opening of the first Parisian spa on rue Montorgueil, a veritable NUXE house whose expertise is now expressed in some fifty spas around the world.

Inspiring women: Aliza Jabès, a bold and instinctive entrepreneur.



The story of NUXE is intimately linked to that of its founder, Aliza Jabès. A graduate of Science Po Paris with an MBA in Marketing and Finance, Aliza is a daring businesswoman who was quick to write her own story.



Passionate about beauty since childhood, she took a particular interest in the virtues of plants, encouraged by her father, a pharmaceutical researcher. In the early 1990s, she found a Research & Development laboratory in Paris and decided to use it as the starting point for a brand of beauty care products made from effective, ultra-sensorial ingredients of natural origin.



Convinced of the importance of highlighting the innovation of her products, Aliza took a decisive commercial gamble by distributing them in pharmacies, at a time when only dermatological skincare brands were available. This pioneering choice enabled NUXE to find its audience: women looking for natural, high-performance skincare products, enriched with a real touch of sensuality. Popular with women, NUXE products quickly became best-sellers, a veritable love brand and the French market leader in the major pharmacy beauty segments.
